Are these genuine licenses?
Yes. Every license we sell is genuine and activates directly on the publisher's official servers (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.). After activation you receive updates and support exactly like any retail license.
How and when do I receive my key?
Your license key and step-by-step installation guide are sent to the email address used at checkout, usually within 5–15 minutes. In rare cases of manual verification it can take up to 24 hours. Please check your spam folder, then contact us if nothing has arrived.
How can you offer prices this low?
We sell digital licenses only — no boxes, no shipping, no retail markup. We also buy in volume from authorised distributors and pass the savings on to you.
What is your refund policy?
You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a key will not activate and our support team cannot resolve it, we refund you in full. Keys that have been successfully activated cannot be refunded because they cannot be resold.

Can I use one license on several computers?
Each product page states the number of devices the license covers (for example "1 PC" or "5 devices"). Please choose the option that matches your needs.
Is this a subscription?
No, unless the product title clearly says so (e.g. Microsoft 365 or antivirus 1-year plans). Lifetime licenses are paid once and never expire.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.
