These Terms of Service govern your use of keyswin.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Keys Win, operated by NEURALINK DATA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital software licenses, activation keys and eBooks. All products are delivered electronically by email. Product descriptions state the edition, number of devices and license duration. Software titles, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Keys Win is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft, Adobe or any other publisher.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and its supported methods. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Delivery

Licenses are normally delivered within 15 minutes of payment, and in all cases within 24 hours. See our Delivery Policy.

4. Refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described in the Refund Policy. Activated keys cannot be refunded.

5. License use

You agree to use each license in accordance with the publisher's end-user license agreement (EULA). You may not resell, redistribute or publish keys purchased from us.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text and graphics are owned by NEURALINK DATA LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
