30-day money-back guarantee
If your license key does not activate and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To start a claim, email contact@keyswin.com with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error.
When a refund can be issued
- The key you received does not activate and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You received the wrong product and we cannot supply the correct one.
- Your order was not delivered within 24 hours and we cannot resend it.
When a refund cannot be issued
- The license key has already been successfully activated or redeemed. Activated digital keys cannot be returned or resold.
- The product was purchased by mistake and the key has already been revealed or used.
- Your device does not meet the publisher's minimum system requirements listed on the product page.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We confirm by email once the refund has been issued.
